However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is part of your experience. That’s why we offer a one-time return or refund on the spot, while the courier is still waiting.

If something feels off, you may:

• Try it on

• Return it immediately through the courier

• Or request a refund before they leave

To be eligible:

• Tags must be intact

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition

• The courier must still be present
